Workspace sharing startup WeWork is in talks to hire the chief executive officer of T-Mobile, John Legere, to take over the company from January, after previous CEO Adam Neumann due to pressure from investors, The Wall Street Journal reported on Monday.

Last month, the largest investor in WeWork, Japanese conglomerate Softbank Corp., took over the startup which saw its evaluation plummet and its initial public offering postponed until further notice shortly before it was due to start its IPO roadshow in September. Since then, it has been run by co-CEOs Artie Minson and Sebastian Gunningham, while Neuman, who is one of the founders, stepped down as CEO and from the Board of Directors, becoming a "Board observer."
