DB seeks bids from Google, Amazon for tech overhaul - report

Deutsche Bank AG has invited several large American technology companies to launch bids to be in charge of overhauling its technology networks, media reported on Tuesday.

Amazon, Google and Microsoft are among firms that in the running to modernize the troubled German lender's "outdated and fragmented" technology networks, Reuters said citing sources familiar with the matter. The contract for the technology overhaul is expected to be in the region of $13 billion, the sources added.
