Facebook Inc. will allow all its employees to take paid time off in order to help out at polling stations during the United States elections in November, Axios reported. Unnamed company executives also said workers could claim time off for training related to poll working.

According to the report, Facebook will also send out notifications starting from Saturday to its users who are eligible voters with information on how to sign up for work at polling places. The social media giant has taken a more active role in the run-up to the election, including helping users register to vote, as well as moderating political advertising and removing misleading content.
