Senate begins Big Tech CEO hearing

United States Senate Commerce Committee began its hearing examining Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act on Wednesday.

Witnesses at the hearing will be Twitter Inc. CEO Jack Dorsey, Alphabet Inc.'s Google LLC CEO Sundar Pichai and Facebook Inc. CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act provides immunity from liability for providers and users of an "interactive computer service" who publish third-party users' content.
