New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said on Thursday that the state will allow most of the restaurants to resume indoor dining.

A state judge stated previously the state has offered no "rational basis" for forbidding indoor dining and has allowed these restaurants to operate with 50% capacity.

However, this measure is legit only for restaurants in the so-called "orange zone" while indoor dining within the New York City will still be forbidden.
