Edvantage group has delivered Virtual Communities to support Ericsson Executive programs since 2001. Ericsson and Edvantage group has signed a new contract for Edvantage group to continue to deliver virtual Leadership Communities for existing executive training programmes the next 3-years. Edvantage group's Leadership Community allows Ericsson leadership programme candidates to share knowledge and issues relevant to the training programme through discussion with peers around the world before, during and after participating in the management development modules. The Community contains discussion groups, high quality learning modules, chat rooms, external and internal news, and participant and speaker profiles.
