Dow turns negative, Apple drops over 2%

The Dow Jones Industrial Average plunged over 100 points in intraday trading on Tuesday as the health and tech sectors both dropped. Meanwhile, the tech-heavy Nasdaq 100 declined over 1.20%, losing over 2% since the open, as Alphabet and Apple continued to plunge.

The Dow Jones was down 0.21%, or 60 points, at 11:30 am ET as UnitedHealth and Apple dragged it down losing 2.65% and 2.45%, respectively.

The Nasdaq 100 plunged 1.31% as Alphabet lost 8.24% at the same time.

Meanwhile, the S&P 500 was down 0.45% as Corning Inc. struggled losing 6.40%.
