Asian markets down after Hong Kong protests

Asian markets traded lower on Tuesday following mass protests in Hong Kong. Flights resumed at Hong Kong airport that was shut down after massive protests over a bill to allow extradition to mainland China.

Hong Kong's Hang Seng traded 1.69% lower at 4:18 am CET.

China's Shanghai Composite was down 0.58% at 4:16 am CET. Shenzhen Composite also traded 0.58% lower at the same time.

South Korean Kospi Composite was also down 0.86% at 4:17 am CET.

Japanese Nikkei 225 was down 1.24% at 4:19 am CET. The dollar traded 0.08% higher against the yen, to go for
105.3820 at 4:17 am CET.

Australia's S&P/ASX 200 went down 0.19% at 4:19 am CET.
