US down premarket as Europe turns to losses

Wall Street was lower in premarket trade as it picked up on sentiment from Europe which turned lower after German gross domestic product (GDP) data showed a negative trend in the second quarter, offsetting yesterday's Wall Street gains which came after the US decided to postpone some China tariffs until December 15 and scrap others altogether.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average was 0.02% in the red at 4:13 am ET. The Nasdaq 100 declined 0.12% at 4:14 am ET while the S&P 500 traded 0.04% in the red at 4:01 am ET.

The euro was 0.08% up compared to the dollar going for 1.11795 at 4:15 am ET.
