Today, ETAMIN GmbH & Co KG entered into a share purchase agreement with EVAX Holding GmbH (FN 533290 a), according to which ETAMIN GmbH & Co KG sells and transfers the 3,836,988 shares in S IMMO AG held by it to EVAX Holding GmbH (FN 533290 a). Closing under the share purchase agreement is subject to various conditions precedent, in particular approval by the financing credit institution. Long stop date is 15 November 2020.
