US shares move lower in premarket trading

Shares on Wall Street moved lower during premarket trading on Tuesday as investors kept an eye on negotiations on the next stimulus deal.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, and White House chief of staff Mark Meadows continued discussions on the phase 4 relief package to support the economy this week, however, major sticking points still remain. On the earnings front, Disney and Fox Corporation were set to release their results after the closing bell later in the day.

The Dow Jones was down 0.17% at 4:20 am CET. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 declined 0.25% as the Nasdaq 100 fell 0.31%.
