Wall Street climbs premarket as trade talks continue

US stocks traded higher in premarket as traders digested the news about the deal reached last night to avoid another government shutdown which, however, does not contain funding for President Donald Trump's proposed border wall. Meanwhile, the trade talks between Washington and Beijing continue as both sides seek not to miss the disputed March 1 deadline. Also, companies continue to post their quarter revenues.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.58% in premarket trade at 4:41 am ET, the Nasdaq 100 climbed 0.68%, while the S&P 500 jumped 0.52% at the same time. The euro traded flat against the greenback, to go for 1.1273 at 4:43 am ET.
