Delivery Hero jumps 8% on S. Korea deal approval

Shares of Delivery Hero SE climbed over 8% on Monday after receiving approval from South Korea's antitrust regulator for its $4 billion acquisition of Woowa Brothers Corp., the owner of the country's most popular food delivery app.

Under the terms of the agreement with the Korea Fair Trade Commission, the German-based company agreed to sell its existing business in the Asian country.

Delivery Hero was up 8.02% at 11:44 am CET, selling for €127.95.
