International Business Machines Corp. (IBM) is considering selling its IBM Watson Health unit, the Wall Street Journal reported citing sources familiar with the matter.

According to the report, IBM is exploring the move as it seeks to focus on advancing its cloud computing business and might sell the business to a private-equity firm, among other options.

IBM Watson Health division, which tackles challenges in healthcare through data, analytics, and artificial intelligence solutions, has about $1 billion in annual revenue, but is not currently profitable, the sources noted.
