US stocks trade slightly lower premarket

Wall Street equities fell slightly during premarket trade after news that China had the weakest growth in the 30 years as the trade war with the US hurt both foreign and local demand. Meanwhile, the Brexit deal is still awaited to be approved by Parliament in London on Saturday even though it lacks the DUP backing. Also, the US imposed tariffs on $7.5 billion on goods from the European Union.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average traded lower by 0.11% at 4:30 am ET while the Nasdaq 100 slightly fell by 0.19% at the same time. The S&P fell 0.10%.

Euro rose agains the US dollar by 0.05% to 1.1288 at 4:31 am ET while sterling rose 0.09% to 1.29017 against the greenback.
