US stocks fall premarket amid mixed data, coronavirus

Shares on Wall Street fell on Thursday in premarket trade after the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China said on Thursday that the widespread coronavirus might hit Chinese consumption in the short-run. Investors are also waiting for the United States Department of Labor to give the report of the initial jobless claims.

The Dow Jones slipped 0.11%, the S&P 500 lost 0.06%, while the Nasdaq 100 dipped 0.07% at 4:35 am ET.

Euro went down 0.07% buying the greenback for 1.08026 at 4:39 am ET.
