Adobe's Q2 revenue at $3.13B, up 14% YoY

Adobe Systems Incorporated reported on Thursday that the revenue of $3.13 billion in the second quarter of 2020, which is an increase of 14% compared to the same period last year.

The San Jose-based computer company's net income stood at $1.1 billion, rising from $633 million in the same quarter in 2019. Meanwhile, its diluted earnings per share were at $2.27, which represents a growth of 76% in comparison to last year's first trimester.

"Adobe’s strategy to [...] engage with their customers digitally, drove record revenue in Q2," Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen said. "Adobe delivered another quarter of record revenue and expanding profitability despite the challenging environment, demonstrating the resiliency of our business model."

Adobe's stocks were down 4.55% in after-hours trading.
