Hydro sale of Production Partner and Production Services completed

Oslo (2008-04-01): Norsk Hydro ASA has today completed the sale of
the two subsidiaries Production Partner and Production Services to
Bilfinger Berger Industrial Services.

Hydro will retain 15 percent of the shares in the two companies until
the end of 2009.
