Europe lower premarket after Apple's guidance cut

Shares on European stock markets fell on Thursday fears of an economic slowdown continued from yesterday, when they were ignited by disappointing economic data from China to Europe and the United States. Later, Apple said it lowered guidance for the first quarter of 2019 due to weaker sales in China.

German DAX was 0.77% lower in premarket trade. The CAC 40 lost 0.86%, while London's FTSE 100 slid 0.63%.

The euro added 0.26% against the dollar, selling for $1.1744 at 7:56 am CET, while the pound contracted by 0.44% at the same time, to go for $1.2556.
