An unnamed company agreed to purchase 20 Boeing 737 MAX planes, AFP reported on Tuesday. The order came in at the Dubai Air Show as the aircraft maker is recovering from its 737 MAX scandal and still waiting for the plane to be allowed by authorities to fly again.

Additionally, Kazakh Air Astana said it would buy 30 737 MAXs in a deal worth around $3.6 billion while SunExpress ordered 10 planes worth $1.2 billion from Boeing. However, all of the agreements remain subject to regulatory approval for Boeing's 737 MAX

The 737 MAX was grounded earlier this year after two accidents that killed 346 people.
