Hamburg (pta041/25.05.2021/17:40) - Hamburg, May 25, 2021 - alstria office REIT-AG (symbol: AOX, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1) announces the signature of a new lease for its property Kaistrasse 16a in Düsseldorf.

The new tenant will lease approximately 1,900 square meters of office space. The lease will start early 2022 and the annual rental income will be around EUR 514,000.

The lease was brokered by Anteon Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG.
