DiDi down 11% premarket after US delisting news

DiDi Global Inc.'s shares dropped over 11% in the premarket session in the United States on Friday after the company announced that it will start the process of delisting from the New York Stock Exchange.

In addition, the company said that its board has given the green light "to pursue a listing of its class A ordinary shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange."

DiDi's stock fell by 11.03% at 7:30 am ET, selling for $6.98.
