Donaueschingen (pta029/26.04.2022/13:12) - In the time period from April 18, 2022 until and including April 22, 2022, no shares were bought back within the framework of the share buy-back program of NEXUS AG, whose start was disclosed by NEXUS AG on May 8, 2021.

The total volume of shares which have been bought back within the framework of the share buy-back amounts to 157,077 shares.

The purchase of the shares of NEXUS AG is carried out by a credit institution that has been commissioned by NEXUS AG; the shares are repurchased exclusively on the electronic trading platform of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Xetra).
