American carmaker Tesla Inc. has raised the prices of all of its electric vehicles by up to $6,000, according to a report published by Electrek.

The news website tracked the prices, saying that although Tesla was increasing the costs monthly throughout the last year, it decreased the pace during 2022, with the most significant increase this year taking place overnight. Rising material prices and logistic costs are to blame, per the website.

The price of the Tesla Model 3 was raised by $2,500 to $57,490, Model Y now costs between $2,000 and $3,000 more depending on the version, while Model S saw an increase of as much as $5,000 for the second time this year. Finally, the cost of Model X is now higher by $6,000.
