Eindhoven (pta017/19.07.2022/14:20) - Eindhoven, 19 July 2022 - At today's Annual General Meeting, a final dividend of EUR 0.05 per share was approved. Taking into account the interim dividend of EUR 0.05 paid in November 2021, the total dividend amounts to EUR 0.10 per share for the financial year 2021. The payment of the final dividend will take place on 22 July 2022. By paying a dividend, the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board want the shareholders to participate in the success of the company. The stable and sustainable earning power of the company will also allow for an attractive dividend policy in the future.

Furthermore, all other items on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting were unanimously approved by the shareholders.
