Shareholders approved replacing Pascal Joncour with Matthew Shalash to the Board of Directors for one year term. After contributing his expertise for improving CAG's structure and operations, Pascal Joncour has chosen to step down due to time constraints. He will continue to work with CAG International in an advisory role as well as an ambassador for CAG to his network. Matthew Shalash an entrepreneur with an IT background has now taken the helm.
