Today, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) adopted Imtech's  2013 annual accounts and appointed Mr. B. van der Veer, Mrs. M.E. van Lier Lels and Mr. J.J. Beeton as members of the Supervisory Board.

The AGM also adopted the following resolutions:

• Amend the articles of association to, amongst others, reduce the nominal value of the shares to maximise flexibility in strengthening the company's capital
• Authorise the Board of Management to issue ordinary and/or financing preference shares (including the grant of rights to subscribe for shares) to a maximum of 10% the issued and outstanding capital and limit or exclude pre-emptive rights
• Authorise the Board of Management to acquire shares in the capital of the company
• Cancellation of shares
