Capitalised terms used in this notice but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Terms & Conditions.

The Issuer hereby gives notice to the Certificateholders, that the Maturity Date of the Certificates has been extended by one year to 12 July 2023 by a decision taken by the board of directors of the Management Company in accordance with Condition 6.5 of the Terms & Conditions.
