Europe up in premarket amid UK data

Equities in Europe traded higher in the premarket on Wednesday after the European Union and the United States agreed on how to enhance cooperation between Brussels and Washington. Meanwhile, the United Kingdom revealed significant rises in its consumer and producer prices in May.

The DAX rose by 0.06% at 8:01 am CET. At the same time, the FTSE 100 advanced by 0.11%, and the CAC 40 went up by 0.16%.

The euro stood flat against the dollar at 8:01 am CET, selling for $1.21276. The pound sterling grew by 0.08% against the greenback at 8:03 am CET, changing hands for $1.40950.
