E.ON's Q3 sales see yearly rise of 17% to €15B

E.ON SE announced on Wednesday its sales in the third quarter of the year saw an annual increase of 17% to €15 billion.

The firm's net income gained 54.8% in the same period to amount to €1.13 billion. Meanwhile, its earnings per share (EPS) expanded by a staggering 339% year-on-year from €0.33 to €1.45 per share.

In the first nine months of the fiscal year, the company's sales experienced a yearly growth of 11% to €48.1 billion. In the same period, the company's adjusted net income went up by 101% in comparison to the same timespan in 2020, coming in at €2.2 billion, while its EPS rose by 100% from €0.42 to €0.84 per share.
