Wall Street opens lower as yields rise

Stock markets in the United States started the last session of the week below the flatline as Treasury yields jumped following the $1.9 trillion relief bill approval. On data, the country's Bureau of Labor Statistics reported producer inflation rose 0.5% in February.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 0.07% at the opening bell but climbed into green shortly after. The Travellers Companies Inc. was the best performer, gaining 1.31%. The Nasdaq 100 was down 1.41% at the same time as DocuSign Inc. dropped 5.17%. The S&P 500 surrendered 0.38%, with Ulta Beauty Inc. falling 10.39%.

The euro dropped 0.52% against the dollar, changing hands for $1.19263 at 9:29 am ET.
