Major stock market indexes in the United States opened higher on Tuesday ahead of the newest reports on the country's manufacturing sector and construction spending. The minutes the Federal Reserve will release on Wednesday also made an impact on investors as the hopes the central bank might hint at the possibility of reducing the pace of increasing interest rates remained.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average opened 0.24% higher as The Walt Disney Company grew by 2.88%. The Nasdaq 100 rose by 0.89%, with Pinduoduo Inc. surging by 8.80%. The S&P 500 increased by 0.48% as Wynn Resorts Limited went up by 2.79%. Shortly after the opening, the Dow Jones moved to flat territory.

The euro lost 0.89% to the dollar at 9:28 am ET to sell for $1.05713.
