NPRO - New share capital registered

Reference is made to press releases 17 July 2008 and 11 July 2008 and
prospectus dated 25 June 2008.

The new share capital in Norwegian Property was registered today in
the Norwegian Registry of Enterprises, and the share capital has
increased by nok 2,403,846,150 to nok 5,040,885,400. The total number
of shares issued after the capital increase is 201,635,416.
