United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices on Friday gave its recommendation to resume the deployment of Johnson & Johnson coronavirus vaccines in the US.

Ten of the panel's members supported the lifting of the vaccine's suspension caused by the concerns related to blood clots, while four were against and one member abstained from voting.

The panel convened last week to discuss the matter but delayed its decision to continue the investigation.
