Major stock market indexes in the United States traded higher in the premarket on Tuesday ahead of the newest updates on the country's industrial production and home sales. Also during the day, Johnson and Johnson (J&J), the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., Lockheed Martin Corporation, Netlix Inc., and United Airlines Inc. will release their earnings reports for the third quarter of the year.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average grew by 1.40% or 427 points at 4:15 am ET. At the same time, the Nasdaq 100 gained 1.87% or 207 points. The S&P 500 increased by 1.59% at 4:16 am ET.

The euro rose by 0.13% against the dollar to sell for $0.98512 at 4:15 am ET.
