The American Express Company's users reported services are down across the country. Outage-tracking website Downdetector.com revealed that 90% of the reports indicated problems using the credit card.

Meanwhile, 6% of the users reported having trouble accessing the company's website, while 5% reported problems paying bills. Customer support is reportedly unable to access data as all systems are down, and numerous users nationwide have reported that their payment cards are being denied.
