Vienna (pta015/10.09.2021/12:25) - Today, the Management Board and Supervisory Board of listed S IMMO AG (Bloomberg: SPI:AV, Reuters: SIAG.VI; ISIN: AT0000652250) have resolved to propose to the Annual General Meeting a dividend of EUR 0.50 per share based on the results for the financial year 2020. The details of the proposed resolution as well as the dates for dividend ex-date, dividend record date and dividend payment date will be published separately and in due time before the Annual General Meeting. The 32nd Annual General Meeting of S IMMO AG will be held in virtual form on 14 October 2021.
