Vienna (pta016/17.11.2016/09:28) - conwert Immobilien Invest SE (conwert) announces that it has received the offer document which was published today for the voluntary public takeover offer of Vonovia SE ( "Vonovia") for the acquisition of all outstanding shares of conwert.

The offer document confirms the conditions agreed to by the two parties in the Business Combination Agreement ("BCA"), which they signed on 5 September 2016. Under the BCA, conwert has pledged to tender its treasury shares. The Administrative Board and the Executive Directors of conwert will publish their final recommendation following the legally stipulated review of the offer document; publication is expected on 1 December 2016.
