Trump: Pausing J&J jab worst thing FDA could do

Tuesday, 20. April 2021 03:40

Former United States President Donald Trump said shelving Johnson & Johnson's coronavirus vaccine was the worst decision the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) could have made.

"It's very suspect," Trump said about the move, claiming the only ones happy with the jab being removed from the market are Pfizer Inc. and Moderna Inc.

The United States has curbed the use of inoculation on recommendation by the FDA and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) after cases of rare blood clots were linked with receiving the shot.
