House Intelligence Committee released a fresh batch of materials to be sent to the Senate and included in the impeachment trial, along with the articles of impeachment, signed by the House Speaker Nancy Pelosi earlier in the week. The documents concern Lev Parnas (pictured center), the former associate of United States President Donald Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani.

Judiciary panel was handed the records which contain photographs of Parnas with Trump, as well as transcripts of his interviews from earlier this week, in which he accuses the US president of being well aware of everything going on in Ukraine.

Back in October, Parnas along with Igor Fruman was accused of conspiracy to defraud the US and also of assisting Giuliani in getting the government of Ukraine to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden, who found himself at the center of the impeachment trial after being mentioned in Trump's Ukraine phonecall.
