Apple unveils iOS 15 at WWDC

After a short keynote address from Chief Executive Officer Tim Cook, Apple unveiled its latest iOS update, iOS 15, on Monday at the company's Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC).

The newest version of the iPhone software includes improvements to FaceTime such as the ability for Android and Windows users to join FaceTime calls via shared links. Meanwhile, Apple also announced SharePlay, a new feature that will allow users to share their screens and other content with their friends in real-time.

Furthermore, iOS 15 boasts a redesigned iMessage with a new sharing tool called Shared With You, among other features. According to Apple’s Senior Vice President of Software Engineering Craig Federighi, the new iOS includes updates to the Apple Wallet, Maps and Weather apps as well.
