Apple Inc. announced on Wednesday that Apple Wallet users in Arizona can now add personal documents, such as their driver's license or state ID, to the app.

With the new feature, users will be able to "tap their iPhone or Apple Watch to seamlessly and securely present it at select TSA [United States Transportation Security Administration] security checkpoints in Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport," Apple specified, adding that the new service "is available on iPhone 8 or later running iOS 15.4, and Apple Watch Series 4 or later running watchOS 8.4 or later."

According to the company, Colorado, Hawaii, Mississippi, Ohio, and the territory of Puerto Rico joined the list of states that intend to participate in the program. The list already includes Connecticut, Georgia, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Oklahoma, and Utah.
