Credit Suisse CEO Ulrich Koerner (pictured) told CNBC on Wednesday on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos that the bank's client outflows shrunk "very significantly," as the overhaul proceeded to progress.

"We are seeing now money coming back in different parts of the firm," Koerner commented. Talking about the bank's transformation, he underscored that a "very clear plan" was outlined and Credit Suisse had discussions with "all different stakeholder groups in the last three months."

The CEO noted that the bank is in "full execution swing" and is "making really good progress." He also mentioned that Credit Suisse contacted thousands of its customers, both in Switzerland and worldwide, asking for feedback. "That has generated very positive momentum, and I think this is a momentum that travels with us through 2023," Koerner concluded.
