CAG International AG: Results of the Annual General Shareholders'
Meeting 2019

Today, CAG International AG held its Annual General Shareholder's
Meeting (AGM) for the year 2019. 66.89% of the shares outstanding were
represented at the meeting. All submitted proposals on the agenda were
passed by the shareholders:

* Approval of the 2019 Annual Report, together with the consolidated
financial statements and the standalone financial statements
* Appropriation of available earnings
* Discharge of the members of the Board of Directors
* Re-elections of the members of the Board of Directors

CAG International AG: Ergebnisse der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung 2019

Die CAG International AG hat heute ihre ordentliche Hauptversammlung
(HV) für das Jahr 2019 abgehalten. 66,89% der ausgegebenen Aktien waren
auf der HV vertreten. Alle Anträge der Tagesordnung wurden von den
Aktionären angenommen:

Genehmigung des Geschäftsberichts 2019 mit dem konsolidierten
Jahresabschluss und den Einzelabschlüssen
Verwendung des Bilanzgewinns
Entlastung der Mitglieder des Verwaltungsrats
Wiederwahlen der Mitglieder des Verwaltungsrats
