Deutsche Telekom announced on Tuesday it reached an agreement to sell its Dutch business T-Mobile Netherlands Holding B.V. to the WP/AP Telecom Holdings IV B.V. consortium for €5.1 billion.

The consortium buying T-Mobile NL is jointly controlled by funds advised by Apax Partners LLP and Warburg Pincus LLC.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and consultation with employee representatives.
