S. Korea's vice FM heads to Europe for talks

Choi Jong-kun, South Korea's first vice foreign minister, (pictured) has left for London on Sunday to participate in talks with United KIngdom's officials, his office announced.

The two sides are set to talk about their bilateral relations as well as the security issues on the Korean peninsula.

After the meeting, Choi is slated to travel to Belgium where he will meet with senior foreign ministry officials and North Atlantic Treaty Organization's (NATO) Mircea Geoana, before heading to France.
