US markets higher premarket ahead of data, earnings

Major stock indexes in the United States traded in the green premarket on Wednesday as investors waited for the latest batch of economic data and corporate earnings. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin expressed optimism that an agreement on the coronavirus relief bill will be reached by the end of the week.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average grew 0.44% at 4:25 am CET, while the Nasdaq 100 advanced 0.46%. The S&P 500 increased 0.37% at the same time.

The euro was up just 0.07% against the greenback at 4:24 am CET, selling for 1.18112 dollars.
